Standard delivery cost is £3.99. We do also offer next day delivery at a slightly higher cost, please get in touch for more details as this cost is dependent on the goods ordered.

Goods should arrive 3-5 working days after placing the order. 

The items ordered are inspected by our warehouse staff and packaged using recycled materials. If ordered before 11am Mon-Fri, goods will be despatched on the same day. Orders after 11am will be despatched the next working day.

An invoice will be emailed to you as soon as payment has been received. Please keep this invoice safe as you will need it to returns items.

If orders have not yet been dispatched, we can cancel the order at no cost – please get in touch as soon as you can should you wish to cancel. 

If however, an order has already been despatched, you will need to return it to us using a courier service. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of this service. 

Payments will be deducted at the point at which an order is placed.

Please get in touch as soon as possible and we will try to resolve the situation. We may ask you to send back the product and resend a replacement.

We will apply a refund to your account when we receive the return. Refunds may take up to 3 days to process from the time the return is received. 

All refunds will be refunded using the same method as payment of the original goods.
